Viking Electric’s Emerging Professional Program Associate (STEP) offers a 12-month rotational development track designed for recent college graduates seeking hands-on experience across sales, operations, and business functions within the electrical distribution industry.

You will work with leaders, participate in professional development opportunities, and gain exposure to multiple departments, with a schedule Monday–Friday and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, HR/IT/Finance, and Sales.
• Engage in Counter and Inside Sales, Project Sales, Quotations, and Project Management.
• Participate in Digital Marketing and Business Development initiatives.
• Complete a Strategic Capstone Project with Executive Leadership.
• Collaborate with experienced leaders and present recommendations.
