Johnson Controls invites you to join an 18‑month Engineering Training Program featuring four rotations across engineering and business functions. You’ll gain hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to top talent while helping build smarter, healthier, and more sustainable buildings.

You’ll rotate among locations in the United States, with on-site work and potential extended stays for rotations. Mentorship, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package start from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
• Willingness to relocate and rotate across U.S. locations.
• Demonstrated passion for learning, growth, and leadership.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in organizing data and using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, and product development.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders while developing leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects, deliver a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities; rotations may require extended stays at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and internationally for training and collaboration with global engineering teams.
