Job summary

Johnson Controls offers an 18-month Engineering Training Program with 3-4 rotations across engineering and business functions. You will gain hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to top talent while helping to build smarter, healthier, and more sustainable buildings.

This fully on-site program includes rotations at multiple U.S. facilities, mentorship from senior engineers, and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• Strong communication and leadership potential; ability to work across teams.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, and product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and deliver impact.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and develop problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities and may rotate to other U.S. locations; travel domestically and internationally as required.
