Johnson Controls, Inc. invites you to join an 18-month Engineering Training Program featuring four rotational assignments across engineering and business functions. You will gain hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to top industry talent.

All rotations are on-site with travel within the United States and occasionally internationally. Start with competitive pay of $75,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits from Day 1 and a mentor network to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) as stated.
• Willingness to relocate and work across multiple locations in the United States.
• Strong learning mindset and leadership potential, demonstrated through school, work, internships or co‑op experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data analysis and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts.
• Contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects, and deliver a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at your assigned Johnson Controls facility throughout the program, with rotations that may require extended stays at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for training, project work, factory or supplier visits, and collaboration with global engineering teams.
