Johnson Controls invites you to join its 18-month Engineering Training Program, offering four rotational assignments across engineering and business functions, with hands-on experience and leadership development. You will work on-site at multiple U.S.

facilities, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and contribute to real projects while preparing for a full-time role in mechanical, manufacturing, electrical engineering, or product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Willingness to relocate and work across multiple US locations.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and develop problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to timely completion of projects and deliver a final capstone.
• Work on-site at assigned Johnson Controls facility throughout the program and rotate as needed.
