Johnson Controls is offering an 18-month Engineering Training Program with 4 rotational assignments across engineering and business functions, providing hands-on experience, leadership development, and exposure to industry talent. This fully on-site program includes rotations across U.S.

facilities. Participants gain mentorship from senior leaders, complete a capstone project, and may travel domestically or internationally for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Willingness to relocate and rotate across multiple functions and locations in the United States.
• Strong learning mindset with potential for leadership roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and technical experts while developing problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Deliver status updates and a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at assigned Johnson Controls facilities; rotations may require extended stays at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for training and project work.
