Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• Coursework in Thermodynamics, Machine Design, Fluid Flow, and Introduction to Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work across multiple functions and locations in the United States.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in organizing and analyzing data, with familiarity using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts while developing problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to successful and timely completion of projects, provide status updates, and deliver a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities; rotations may require extended stays at other U.S. locations.
