Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, and product development.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts.
• Contribute to project completion, provide status updates, and deliver a capstone project.
• Work on-site at assigned facilities; rotations may require extended stays at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for training and collaboration.
