Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required or preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and apply engineering and business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and engineers.
• Contribute to timely completion of projects and deliver a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at Johnson Controls facilities and travel as part of rotations.
