• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects with cross-functional teams.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and engineers.
• Deliver status updates and a final capstone project.
• Work on-site for the program and rotations at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for training and visits.
