facilities and occasional travel. The program emphasizes technical and leadership growth, mentorship from senior leaders, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in multiple engineering and product disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
• Willingness to relocate across the United States for rotations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience or interest in AI tools and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotational assignments across engineering, operations, product development, and other key functions.
• Apply technical and business skills to real-world projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and drive impact.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leaders while developing problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects, provide status updates, and deliver a final capstone project.
• Work on-site at your assigned Johnson Controls facility throughout the program and complete rotations that may require extended stays at other U.S. locations.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for training, project work, factory or supplier visits, and collaboration with global engineering teams.
