Syensqo in the United States invites recent graduates to join the Foundations for the Future Industrial Development Program. You will rotate across multiple sites nationwide, performing hands-on field work and advanced engineering analysis from day one.
Bachelor's in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with GPA 3.0+ and internship experience preferred. Fluency in English is required. Relocation for rotations is expected; SAP or PI familiarity is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; 2024–2025 graduates welcomed.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 required; internship or co-op in related industries preferred.
- Fluency in English mandatory; strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to relocate for rotations across US sites; SAP/PI knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on field work and advanced analytical problem-solving.
- Contribute to production performance improvements and cost initiatives.
- Support cross-functional teams during supplier and project interfaces.
- Assist in coordinating rotations and relocation across sites nationwide.
- Engage with engineering deliverables and ongoing learning journeys.
