Job summary

Syensqo's Foundations for the Future Industrial development program is designed for entry-level Chemical or Mechanical engineers. Rotations last 18–24 months across US sites, with 2-3 relocations. You will work hands-on on field days, tackle analytical problems, and develop into future manufacturing or business leaders.

The program seeks high-potential graduates with internships, a GPA of 3.0, and fluency in English. Relocation, travel, and on-site work are expected as part of the experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Ability to solve complex engineering problems.
• MS Office and Google Suite knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead production performance improvement projects and support engineering across safety, quality, capacity and cost.
• Analyze and improve current processes and manage industrial/excellent projects.
• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders and interface with purchasing and construction.
• Deliver on a portfolio of R&I projects as part of the innovation strategy.
