Job summary
Syensqo invites entry-level engineers to join Foundations for the Future Industrial development program across US sites. You will work hands-on from day one in chemical manufacturing environments, with rotations designed for 18–24 months and relocation 2–3 times to build a broad manufacturing skillset.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering obtained between Dec 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Successful internship or co-op in a related environment (e.g., Specialty Chemical, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, or Food & Beverage).
- Rotation of 18–24 months across different assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead production performance improvement projects and support engineering in safety/environment, quality, capacity, and competitiveness.
- Learn to analyze and improve current processes and manage industrial projects.
- Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders and interface with purchasing/construction.
- Deliver a portfolio of R&I projects and ensure process safety and product quality.
