The program lasts 18-24 months with 2-3 relocations, preparing you for future manufacturing and business roles; fluency in English is mandatory, with internship experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; GPA 3.0+; internship/co-op in relevant industries.
• Fluency in English mandatory; familiarity with SAP or PI Process books is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate for 18–24 month rotations across US sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in production performance improvement projects across sites.
• Analyze and improve current processes; support safety, quality, capacity, and cost initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; manage engineering deliverables and interfacing with purchasing/construction.
