Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with completion between Dec 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Internship or co-op in related industry (Chem/Pharma/Oil&GAs/Pulp & Paper/F&B).
- Willingness to relocate for rotations (18–24 months).
- Fluency in English mandatory; other languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead production performance improvement projects and support engineering across safety, quality, capacity, and cost.
- Analyze and improve processes; manage industrial and manufacturing excellence projects; may manage technicians.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and interface with purchasing/construction on project delivery.
