Job summary

Syensqo invites entry-level engineers to join the Foundations for the Future Industrial development program across multiple US sites. You will undertake 18–24 months of hands-on rotations in chemical or mechanical engineering, working on process improvement, reliability, and project execution alongside seasoned engineers.

Expect relocation 2–3 times during the program, with opportunities to grow into manufacturing and business roles within five years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering obtained between December 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Successful completion of an internship or co-op in related environments.
• Willingness to participate in a rotational program that requires relocation (18–24 months).

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotations across multiple US sites within the Foundations for the Future program.
• Lead production performance improvement projects and support engineering departments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for project execution and delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Relocate 2–3 times during the 18–24 month rotation period.
