Job summary

Syensqo is launching the Foundations for the Future Rotational Development Program for entry-level Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduates in the United States. The program features hands-on field work, 18–24 month rotations, and potential relocation across industrial sites nationwide.

You will join a dynamic team, tackling production performance improvements, safety, quality, and cost initiatives while building a solid foundation for a successful engineering career at Syensqo.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory for all candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with internship/co‑op experience.
• Familiarity with SAP or PI Process books is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across multiple sites (18–24 months).
• Engage in hands-on field work and analytical problem solving in chemical manufacturing environments.
• Relocate 2–3 times within US sites and contribute to process improvements.
