Job summary

Syensqo is seeking entry-level engineers for the Foundations for the Future rotational program across multiple US sites. The program targets Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduates with hands-on field work and analytical problem-solving in chemical manufacturing environments.

Rotations last 18–24 months, with 2–3 relocations. You will join a dynamic team, contribute to reliability and cost improvements, and develop towards leadership roles within manufacturing and business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Internship or co-op in related industries.
• Relocation for 18-24 months of rotations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or PI Process books is a plus.
• MS Office and Google Suite knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead production performance improvement projects and support engineering in safety, environment, quality, and capacity.
• Analyze and improve current processes; manage industrial and manufacturing improvement projects.
• Propose, test, and implement improvements and new techniques; perform maintenance tasks and cost improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (internal/external); interface with purchasing and construction.
• Deploy research and innovation strategy and manage a portfolio of R&I projects.
