Job summary

Syensqo is seeking entry-level engineers for its Foundations for the Future Industrial development program across multiple US sites. You will join a rotational path designed to build a strong engineering foundation through hands-on field work in chemical manufacturing and related disciplines.

You will rotate every 18–24 months, relocate as needed, and develop problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills under experienced mentors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, to be completed around 2024-2025.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Internship or co-op in related industry.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for rotations (18–24 months).
• Fluency in English mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production performance improvement projects and support the engineering department across safety, quality, capacity, and competitiveness.
• Learn and improve current processes, manage industrial projects, and ensure process safety and product quality.
• Coordinate with purchasing and construction; interface with multiple stakeholders on project execution.
• Possibly manage a team of technicians and deliver a portfolio of R&I projects.
