Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver is seeking a Rooms Operations Manager to support the Rooms Operations team and provide guest-facing problem resolution. You will work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Experience, overseeing daily room operations and coordinating across departments.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Operations and requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Open availability including overnights, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera, Colleague Advantage, and HotSOS (Housekeeping) is preferred.
• Previous hotel rooms management experience is required.
• Must be comfortable responding to and assisting others during emergency situations.
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and remain flexible while supporting various areas within Rooms Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily rooms operations of the assigned department.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience to support areas as needed.
• Support the Rooms Operations team and assist as required.
• Report to the Assistant Director of Operations and collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, and Guest Experience Manager.
