Job summary

Hyatt in Denver is seeking a motivated Director of Housekeeping to lead our TEAM, ensuring outstanding guest service and the highest standards of cleanliness across rooms, public areas and laundry.

You will direct, supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership, organization and attention to detail. This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as Director of Housekeeping in a Hyatt brand or hotel environment
• Hyatt brand experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work a schedule with open availability including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, laundry and supplies
• Maintain the highest cleanliness, presentation and efficiency while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction
