Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory experience required; experience in multiple hotel departments preferred.
• Previous experience in Front Office operations required; exposure to Housekeeping, F&B, or Rooms Operations strongly preferred.
• Marriott experience and FOSSE proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B operations to support business objectives and provide leadership during staffing shortages and high-occupancy periods.
• Support the Operations Manager and General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations and guest experiences.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and managing service recovery.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvement initiatives in service quality.
• Oversee Front Desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, billing, and brand standards.
