Job summary

OMG Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Roofing Products covering Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa. You will drive sales in your territory, build strong customer relationships and manage the territory to meet or exceed targets.

Key duties include developing an annual plan in the CRM, coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager, and leading in-field sales activities while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills, including building strong customer relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing direct reports.
• Ability to implement and execute a territory sales plan to hit targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and across states.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the top priority for OMG employees.
• Develop and execute annual territory plan using CRM to track performance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and resources to support the territory.
• Travel as required and represent OMG professionally.
