Job summary

AtWork Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Midwest residential roofing market. You will drive sales growth across IA, IL, MN, WI, NE, SD, ND, supporting distribution channels and coordinating with the National Sales Director.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in metal/steep slope roofing sales, excellent communication, and strong presentation skills. The role involves travel and closes with a comprehensive compensation package including bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years field sales experience in the metal roofing industry.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Set and meet territory sales objectives with the National Sales Director.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Qualify prospects, set appointments, manage sales cycle to close new business.
• Participate in trade shows and events to cultivate customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales Operations to analyze territory potential and track reports.
• Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
