Job summary

OMG Inc. seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales in an assigned roofing products territory. You will build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and representatives, execute sales plans, and ensure safety and quality in service delivery while coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager.

The role requires fieldwork across assigned markets, extensive travel, and strong leadership to guide and develop field sales resources. A BA/BS and a proven sales record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in building material sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills with ability to develop and maintain a customer base.
• Leadership capabilities with success in managing and developing direct reports.
• Creative problem solving and negotiation skills; ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the Number One Priority of all OMG employees.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales goals utilizing Solution Selling.
• Utilize The Bank CRM to develop and deploy annual territory plan and track performance by product and customer.
• Deliver world class customer support and training, and take advantage of on-the-job sales opportunities.
• Submit administrative paperwork in a timely and complete manner, including requests for paid time off.
