Job summary

OMG Roofing Products is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in an assigned territory for the commercial roofing market. You will build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and consultants, execute annual territory plans using the CRM, and report progress to the Regional Sales Manager.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of sales experience, a BA/BS degree, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets, preferably in building materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain a strong customer base.
• Strong leadership abilities with success in managing and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety as the top priority in the territory.
• Develop annual territory plan and track performance by product and customer using the CRM.
• Adjust sales plan to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors and influential consultants.
• Ensure timely administrative paperwork and travel within the territory.
