Neara, a high-growth tech company, is seeking a Customer Value Architect to work directly with our highest-value customers to drive adoption, value definition and ROI of the Neara platform.

This role requires strong technical curiosity, the ability to translate Neara solutions into quantified business value, and close collaboration with Sales and Deployment to accelerate platform adoption across customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise account engagement and client management.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Ability to develop tangible customer value and ROI frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Energy sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate Neara functionality into customer value and ROI.
• Work on-site with customers to drive platform adoption.
• Ensure deliverables align with contracted outcomes.
• Develop business cases and ROI metrics for value delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand Neara adoption across accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deployment to align strategies.
