Job summary

Neara is seeking a Customer Value Architect to work with our highest value customers to drive adoption, define value, and validate ROI for the Neara platform. You will translate Neara solutions into measurable business outcomes and guide customers toward successful, scalable deployments.

You will engage on-site with clients, collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams, and help expand platform use while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Neara software platform to translate its functionality and value to customers.
• Work directly with customers, including on-site engagements, to drive platform adoption and ensure delivery of contracted outcomes.
• Define and deliver business cases and ROI metrics in support of Neara value.
• Serve as a trusted commercial and technical advisor with respect to workflow and change management outside Neara scope.
• Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to expand platform use into other solutions.
• Engage a broad stakeholder audience to build trusted relationships and alignment on outcomes.
• Align with Neara Sales and Deployment to drive happiness, adoption, and measurable value demonstrations.
• Design focused trainings and workshops aligned with customer goals and workflows.
• Identify emerging client needs to inform account strategies and growth opportunities.
