Job summary

Neara is seeking a senior customer engagement professional to drive adoption of our AI-powered grid digital twins for enterprise clients. You will engage with customers on-site, translate Neara functionality into measurable business outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor to align platform deployment with strategic goals.

You will collaborate with sales and deployment teams, develop ROI metrics, and identify opportunities to expand Neara usage across customer organizations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprise account engagement, strategy and client management.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience in software engineering or other relevant technical experience.
• Experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Neara software platform and translate its value to customers.
• Work on-site with customers to drive platform adoption and ensure contractually scoped delivery.
• Understand customer strategic imperatives to advise on Neara solutions.
• Serve as trusted commercial and technical advisor to customers.
• Collaborate to define and deliver ROI metrics and value delivery reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand Neara platform adoption within customers.
• Engage broad stakeholder audiences to maintain trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with Neara Sales and Deployment to drive happiness, adoption and measurable value.
• Design and deliver focused training sessions aligned with customer goals.
• Identify emerging needs and inform account strategies and growth opportunities.
