CLOOS Americas is seeking a motivated Sales Director to plan and drive the sales strategy for the Americas, with a priority on the US market. This role will oversee lead development, manage regional managers, and liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers in robotic welding systems.

The position requires strong relationship building, strategic thinking, and demonstrated success in sales leadership. Remote work with presence in Schaumburg, IL is expected.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for robotic welding systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and oversee quoting activity for visibility across the organization.
• Develop channel partnerships for promotion and sale of robotic welding systems.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including prospecting and presenting to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop regional sales coverage where vacancies exist.
• Review quotes created by regional managers including costing and content.
• Forecast sales, monitor activities, and report performance and market trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, applications, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Lead product demonstrations, trainings, and technical support for customers and distributors.
