Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; engineering/technical background preferred.
• Technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical and/or software disciplines.
• Ability to manage and drive technical projects through completion.
• Proven ability to combine technical expertise with customer-facing sales skills.
• Strong communication and technical presentation skills.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and comprehension skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and driven to learn customer applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective and existing customers to present Stäubli and its product portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Collaborate with technical sales support teams to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Develop understanding of customer applications and match products to their needs.
• Secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Work with Inside Sales to prepare quotations and secure orders.
• Maintain communication through the order process, including invoicing and shipping.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for support and coordinate with Service/Applications Engineering.
• Demonstrate advantages of Stäubli products over competitors, including cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Partner with Business Development to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer information, track activities, and generate reports.
• Participate in trade shows, open houses, and quarterly sales meetings.
• Manage and develop the Northeast territory.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
