DENSO Robotics is seeking a highly motivated North America Sales Manager to drive profitable growth and expand market presence across the United States and Canada. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, manage key accounts, and collaborate with affiliates, distributors, system integrators, and end users to accelerate adoption of industrial and collaborative robotics solutions.

This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship building, and a track record of revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales leadership in Robotics or Industrial Automation.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex commercial deals.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American sales strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline across direct accounts, distributors, system integrators, machine builders, and affiliates.
• Identify new market opportunities and verticals to expand market presence.
• Lead contract negotiations and major commercial initiatives to secure long-term relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team and set objectives and metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Service, and Global teams to execute initiatives.
