Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Monogram Sales & Clinical Training Manager to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive training program for orthopedic robotics solutions. You will ensure sales reps and clinical teams have the knowledge and skills to promote and support robotic-assisted procedures, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, and R&D.

Responsibilities include building a structured curriculum, delivering blended learning, and measuring program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in program management, training development, or sales enablement within medical devices or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Healthcare; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with LMS and digital training tools; certification in instructional design is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical device training; knowledge of orthopedic robotics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a structured training curriculum for sales representatives and clinical teams covering product knowledge, workflows, and robotics tech.
• Develop blended learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, virtual sessions) to maximize engagement.
• Manage end-to-end training program rollout, scheduling, logistics and resources.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and training priorities; ensure accurate technical content with R&D and Marketing.
