Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Associate Sales Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders to maximize sustainable use of Zimmer Biomet technologies.

In this field-based role, you will collaborate with the Technology Solutions Manager, lead pathways for surgeon and staff training, and support installations and clinical activities across accounts. Baltimore area travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or technical discipline preferred.
• 0–1 year of clinical or medical sales experience is typical.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to customer sites and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable local sustainable support for new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service, including system installations and in-service for staff.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and post-launch upgrades as needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional conduct.
• Attend annual trainings and adhere to QA documentation policies.
