Job summary

Fauna Robotics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own day-to-day shipment coordination across our robotics hardware network. You will manage inbound and outbound logistics through our logistics provider, coordinating with suppliers, contract manufacturers, Fauna manufacturing, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

You are Fauna's central operational interface for shipment activity, maintaining visibility, resolving exceptions, and ensuring clean handoffs across the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• Proven track record coordinating inbound/outbound shipments with logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound shipment coordination through the logistics provider.
• Coordinate handoffs across suppliers, contract manufacturers, Fauna manufacturing, warehouses, and customers.
• Provide shipment inputs and documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, customs info).
• Address delays, exceptions, and customs issues with partners to resolve problems.
• Coordinate inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery to destinations.
• Maintain shipment records and communicate status and ETAs to stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of freight booking, carrier coordination, and import/export basics.
• Identify logistics gaps and drive improvements with partners.
