Job summary

Fauna Robotics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own day-to-day shipment coordination across our robotics hardware network. You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain real-time status, and ensure clean handoffs with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience coordinating inbound/outbound shipments with logistics providers.
• Experience resolving shipment delays and customs issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination of inbound/outbound shipments through delivery with logistics provider.
• Coordinate requirements across suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.
• Provide documents: BOLs, packing lists, invoices, customs, delivery instructions.
• Drive delays and exceptions to resolution with providers and partners.
• Coordinate inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment with Manufacturing and Inventory teams.
• Maintain shipment records and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Know freight booking, carrier coordination, and basic import/export requirements; execute when needed.
• Identify and fix logistics process gaps to improve lead times.
