Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations across our commercial delivery network in a fast-growing robotics startup. You will execute against established strategies, manage day-to-day activities, and identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.

In this onsite role, you will support onboarding, coordinate between field teams, monitor performance metrics, and help drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with a proactive attitude toward challenges.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deployments coordinating between Field Agents and Piloting teams to ensure on-time robot operations.
• Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time to minimize service disruptions.
• Ensure SOPs are followed, reinforcing workflows, safety, and quality.
• Open or close depots per schedule.
• Track and report deployment efficiency and service uptime.
• Implement new processes and ensure team adoption and compliance.
