• Willingness to work in a hybrid on-site environment (3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Manage global logistics for robotics platforms and hardware, ensuring timely and secure international shipments.
• Oversee customs documentation, classification, and coordinate with service providers and vendors to streamline processes.
• Facilitate continuous workflow by executing follow-the-sun handoffs with international peers and updating ticket trackers.
• Lead project management efforts using Asana for short-term events and long-term site acquisitions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, procurement teams, and external logistics/crating specialists.
• Provide timely updates in team meetings, track milestones, and address service failures proactively.
• Serve as a point of escalation for vendor disputes and financial matters.
• Contribute to the development of robust process documentation and knowledge base resources.
• Navigate multi-story facilities and assist with lifting 30-50 lbs as needed.
