Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator on a contracting basis in Mountain View, CA. You will drive day-to-day logistics activities, ensure timely shipments, and maintain compliance with internal and external frameworks, coordinating with internal stakeholders in Robotics and Labs to secure accurate requirements.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will flag bottlenecks, manage documentation such as commercial invoices and regulatory paperwork, and keep the pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and/or a process-oriented operational role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the day-to-day logistics pipeline, processing and tracking shipments from requirement capture to final delivery.
• Obtain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory parameters.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for internal requests and communicate shipment requirements and status updates.
• Flag delays or compliance issues to the Logistics Manager for timely resolution.
