Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to lead technology-centric product launches at key accounts. You will educate and train clinicians and staff on the ROSA system and related technologies to help customers reach program goals.

You will develop launch plans, coordinate with the Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service, onboard new accounts, and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases, while promoting customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic (joint replacement) sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service; provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Handle key administration duties and ensure timely customer communication.
