Job summary

Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate and train stakeholders on sustainable use of technology to help customers achieve program goals.

Responsibilities include developing launch plans, leading surgical teams through ROSA and related technology training, onboarding new accounts, and providing in-service support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption.
• Lead surgical teams through training on the ROSA system and related technologies.
• Onboard new accounts, including installation, in-service training, and clinical support.
• Coordinate with tech solutions and field service to ensure successful launches.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and QA compliance.
