Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders to achieve technology program goals.

The role requires leading training pathways for surgeons and staff on the ROSA system and other technologies, coordinating with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service for onboarding, and providing clinical support during enabling technology cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales/case coverage preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop account launch plans for locally sustainable support of new technology.
• Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and related technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service, including site installations and in-service training.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and upgrades.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely inquiries, clear communications, and professional presence.
• Adhere to QA policies and complete annual trainings.
