Job summary

Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to join the Technology Launch team. You will promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts and educate stakeholders on sustainable technology use to achieve program goals.

You will develop launch plans, lead surgical training, onboard accounts, and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians; provide in-service to facility staff; train local implant sales colleagues; provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.
