Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to promote and support technology-centric product launches at key customer accounts. You will educate, train, and assist stakeholders to achieve technology program goals, working within the Technology Launch team.

The role involves leading training for surgeons and staff, onboarding new accounts, and supporting upgrades, with up to 75% travel and a base salary in the 80k–120k range plus incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales/case coverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plan to enable sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for ROSA™ system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians; train staff and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases.
• Support advanced technology upgrades as required.
• Handle key administration duties.
• Promote customer satisfaction through timely responses and clear communications; maintain professional appearance.
• Follow QA policies and attend annual trainings.
