Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year of orthopedic sales or case coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways for ROSA and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with the Technology Solutions Manager, including system installation and in-service.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and post-launch follow-up.
• Promote high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and professional communications.
