Job summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to join the Technology Launch team. You will educate, train, and support customers on the ROSA™ system and other technologies, guiding them through installation and adoption across key accounts.

Expect up to 75% travel. The role offers a base salary range of $80,000–$120,000 USD with a $50,000–$75,000 incentive pay, depending on experience and geography. Strong collaboration and training delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a technical discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic sales/case coverage experience preferred.
• Strong training and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train, and assist stakeholders on ROSA and other technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways and enable technology adoption.
• Onboard accounts with seamless system installations and clinical support.
• Promote customer satisfaction with timely, clear communication.
• Perform administration duties and participate in annual trainings.
