Intuitive in Morgantown, WV, is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to drive adoption of the da Vinci system. You will mentor surgical teams, partner with regional managers, and expand instrument sales across specialties while ensuring safe, effective use of our robotic technology.

The role requires a proven sales record, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% including potential nights and weekends. A bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare.
• Able to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
• Proven record of success and strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive robot utilization.
• Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and da Vinci usage.
• Serve as a da Vinci resource across primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional events to raise system awareness and adoption.
• Create tailored plans for each surgical team to enable unsupervised use.
• Expand user base by collaborating with KOLs.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to high performance.
• Manage administrative tasks and expense reporting.
