Intuitive in Cincinnati is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to advance the adoption of the da Vinci Surgical System in the region. You will partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop strategy, mentor surgical teams, and drive instrument sales while ensuring patient safety and system utilization.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 25% including nights/weekends. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
• Proven record of success and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization in the Cincinnati territory.
• Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Be a da Vinci® Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure unsupervised use.
• Drive expansion of the user base by collaborating with KOLs.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to high performance levels.
• Manage administrative tasks and expense reports.
