Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to advance adoption of the da Vinci Surgical System in the Danville, PA region. You will partner with sales leadership to develop strategies, train surgical teams, and act as a clinical resource across specialties to drive instrument and system utilization.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare, are comfortable with 25% travel and occasional nights/weekends, and hold a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization
• Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications
• Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised
• Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories
• Mentor new team members to become high performance members of the clinical sales team
• Responsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
